What are Welcome2Vienna's cancellation conditions for accommodation?

Flexible (Standard Rate) – 7 days cancelation period
50 % of the booking price will be charged immediately as a prepayment for the reservation right away. The remaining 50 % will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Until 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
  • For cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of arrival or non-arrival of the tenant, the entire rental price is due.

Non – Refundable (Non-refundable Rate)
A prepayment of the total price of the reservation will be charged as soon as the booking process is completed.

  • The total price of the reservation will be charged if they cancel at any time.

What is the best way to get through Vienna?

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Generally, we have a no pet policy in all our apartments. This of course excludes service animals.
If you are looking to stay longer and want to have your pet by your side, write to us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes if possible.  

What is the best way to get from the airport to my apartment?

FlyTaxi – Shuttle service 
Upon request our reception can book an airport shuttle for you! Please just send an email to our reception at least 24h in advance with your flight information (flight number, airport of departure and the time of landing). 

Alternatively, you can reach Vienna city center by train, bus or CAT (City Airport Train). For detailed instructions on how to reach a particular apartment please send an email to our reception. 

Can I smoke in the apartments?

No, smoking is prohibited in all of our apartments.

Is there parking available near the apartment?

This depends on the location of your booked apartment. Detailed information about parking in Vienna can be found at http://www.parken.at/wien/.

Does my apartment have internet access?

Yes, all our apartments have wireless internet access. The internet access will be provided upon check in.

Is there a breakfast available in my apartment?

No, we do not serve breakfast, but we will happily give you our secret tips for best cafes, restaurants and bakeries in Vienna!

Do I have to bring towels or bed linen?

No, towels and bed linen are included in the one-off final cleaning charge and are provided to you.

Can more than one person live in the apartment?

Yes, in the description of every apartment you can find detailed information about the number of people it can accommodate! If you are traveling with small children write to our reception to request a Pack ’n Play crib in the apartment.

How do I pay for the apartment?

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express, PayPal, Bank transfer and Cash as payment methods.

When and how can I check in?

Given that all our apartments are private, please bear in mind that there is NO RECEPTION. Therefore, it is necessary to know your arrival time in advance and arrange an appointment for key delivery. To make sure that you will be checked in on time, please inform us about your estimated arrival time at least two days prior to arrival.
Upon arrival a member of our team will welcome you at the address of the apartment.
In case of any last-minute changes or delays, please contact us immediately to avoid waiting.
Appointments for key delivery can be arranged between 2:00pm and 10:00pm. UPON REQUEST, also before 2:00pm and after 10:00pm. For early/late check in there is an additional fee of EUR 30,00 before midnight and fee of EUR 60,00 for check in after midnight.
Please note that the early check in is a subject to availability and must be requested earliest one day prior to arrival!

When and how can I check out?

The apartment must be vacated latest by 11am on the departure date. Check out details will be provided upon the check in. Late check in requests must be sent to and approved by the reception depending on the availability. Late check outs without prior arrangement are a subject to a penalty!
